PORTFOLIO SUBMISSION & REVIEW POLICY
1. Digital Image files may be submitted by Email or CD disc, should NOT EXCEED 500 KB (Kilobytes) each in size, should be limited to NO MORE THAN ten (10) samples, and should be in the JPEG image format OR the PDF document format.
2. Digital images created with Camera Enabled Cellular/Mobile phones (i.e. iPhone, Android, Blackberry, etc.) and Camera Enabled Digital Tablet devices (i.e. iPad, Kindle, etc) may be submitted by email directly from that device. Submissions should NOT EXCEED 500 KB (Kilobytes) each in size, should be limited to NO MORE THAN ten (10) samples, and should be in the JPEG image format OR the PDF document format.
3. Slides and Transparency images may be submitted by mail or in person, should be in clear-plastic protective sleeves for safe handling and viewing, and limited to NO MORE THAN ten (10) samples.
4. ALL submissions MUST be accompanied by Artist Name, Contact Telephone Number and Contact Email Address.
5. Upon review of your work, we will notify you of any interest and will arrange an appointment for a formal portfolio meeting.
** NOTE: If you would like your CD disc or Slide materials returned, you MUST include a self-addressed and stamped envelope with adequate postage paid.
GAS Gallery And Studio WILL NOT pay additional postage fees if required.
